The Bamboo Bar is a historic jazz hotel located on the basement level of the Mandarin Oriental in Bangkok. Since 1953, The Bamboo Bar has evolved into one of Bangkok's most revered classic institutions, drawing jazz enthusiasts from around the world. This iconic venue was Bangkok's first jazz performance space and still retains the sensual and captivating atmosphere of the 1950s.
The acclaimed mixology team at the Mandarin Oriental in Bangkok excels in crafting a variety of drinks and cocktails, with special mention to the recently launched "The Evolution" menu. Inspired by the natural growth process of bamboo and incorporating abundant local Thai ingredients, this menu perfectly embodies the spirit of The Bamboo Bar: as a legendary jazz hall, it remains in step with the times, continually adapting and evolving.
In addition, the bar offers an extensive menu of classic cocktails to enhance the entire evening.
