Club Electric Blue is an Agogo Bar that started operations in 2003, currently located on Soi Diamond in Pattaya Walking Street (Walking Street), near Windmill Club and Windmill 2 Club. This establishment was once part of the Dollhouse Group, acquired by the Windmill Club Group in June 2023, and reopened in March 2025.

Club Electric Blue is a rather small Agogo Bar, with a venue design that includes a central stage, offering explicit performances similar to those at Windmill 1 and 2. However, the venue is relatively small, with not many girls, and the overall style leans towards Western, so the main clientele is western customers, with fewer that match Asian aesthetics.
