This establishment was previously Secret Garden Spa. The shop is located on Pattaya 3rd Road, with another former sister store, Popplu Massage, across the street. However, the two stores are no longer affiliated.

The facade of J Spa remains largely unchanged from the Secret Garden Spa era, with updates to the shop signage, upgraded room lighting, and added mirrors. The store offers shower rooms and massage bathtub rooms, the latter equipped with Nuru air mattress beds. As a gimmick, adult videos are played in the rooms.

J Spa offers short sessions, full services, and Nuru massages, priced at ฿2,800 - ฿4,800. Add ฿1,500 for unlimited releases, or ฿300 to have the girl wear stockings. The store also provides complimentary functional beverages and snacks for guests.
