Offshore Bar is located in Pattaya Soi 6 (Soi 6), one of the bars under the Nightwish Group, recently renovated. The bar is situated opposite Queen Victoria Inn, between Tomcat's Bar and Exotica Bar, with operating hours from 3 PM to 1 AM.

The bar features over ten to over twenty friendly and enthusiastic Thai girls, most of whom are young and slim-figured, with very few tank-type girls; Asian customers should be able to find some girls in the bar that align with their aesthetic preferences.
