A while ago, I went to Pattaya with a few friends, and of course, the station master had to join them. Unfortunately, my girlfriend happened to be on vacation and came along, so this trip meant I couldn't "go out for some solo fun." I could only console myself by saying "I've just recovered from an illness and shouldn't stay up late" 😂, treating it as a chance to accompany my friends for some good food and drinks, and to get a massage for relaxation. Before departure, I received a message from the owner of a Japanese massage shop in Pattaya, mentioning a newly opened Kasai Massage place that's quite good, and suggesting I try it if I have the chance. I believe whether brothers have tried it or not, they've probably heard of "Kasai Massage" (Kasai Massage). It's said to be an ancient maintenance secret from the Thai royal court, mainly involving massage targeted at the male reproductive system and the body's meridians to stimulate blood circulation, strengthen reproductive system functions, alleviate lower back pain, and achieve overall body conditioning. I guess brothers who haven't tried it are like me, afraid that Kasai Massage might hurt, so they've never dared to attempt it. But thinking that I couldn't go out for fun anyway, trying it out and experiencing it wouldn't hurt.
On the first night upon arrival, my friends and I went to Let’s Relax for a Thai massage. Although it's not cheap, the quality at chain stores is relatively stable. Then, on the afternoon of the second day, we went to Timely Rain Massage, located in central Pattaya, not far from the large shopping mall Central Pattaya, very convenient. Since my friends and girlfriend didn't dare to try it, I went alone.
I used an app to take a taxi directly to the shop. Before leaving, I checked the shop's photos on Google Map, and the design follows a Chinese fresh and simple style. Upon entering, a faint aromatherapy scent made me feel very relaxed. The front desk speaks Chinese, so I chose the most basic Kasai Massage package, 2,500 THB for 90 minutes, a bit more expensive than regular massages. But life is about experiences, so let's see how the massage goes.
After payment, I drank tea in the lobby and waited for a while. The masseuse (an auntie, no need to overthink it, guys 😂) came out to lead me to the room. Mine was a single room, not very large, with a faint fragrance inside and relaxing music playing. This auntie speaks Chinese, making communication easy. She told me to take off all my clothes and shower first, then left the room to wait. I quickly rinsed off, lay on the bed, and after she knocked to confirm, she came in.

The auntie first covered me with a large towel. It started similar to a regular Thai or oil massage, but her techniques were excellent, with just the right pressure, better than my session at Let’s Relax yesterday—I almost fell asleep. I remember she specifically targeted a few acupoints on my waist, which felt a bit sore but not painful. When I turned over, she first used oil to massage my arms and legs for a good while. Then, for the Kasai Massage, she put on gloves and used oil to massage, and I could clearly feel her pushing, pulling, kneading, and pinching along the different channels connected to the "little brother," also pressing various acupoints, which I guess mainly serves to unblock them. We use it a lot usually, but maintenance isn't something we do often, after all, those areas aren't ones we'd massage ourselves normally. From her techniques, I even felt she understood the structure down there better than I do 😂. Initially, I was really afraid it might hurt, but her pressure was just right, similar to the back side, at most a bit of soreness and numbness. Sometimes, if a spot made me uncomfortable, she could observe my body's reaction and immediately stop massaging that area, making me feel cared for rather than just going through a formulaic process.
The entire Kasai Massage process theoretically touches sensitive points on the "little brother," but it's completely non-erotic, with no erection to the point of wanting to ejaculate. It just felt like some previously unmassaged areas became unobstructed. Finally, she pressed acupoints on my abdomen, then massaged my shoulders, neck, and head—this part was done meticulously, and I comfortably closed my eyes for a bit. After finishing, the auntie helped me sit up, loosened my back a little, told me I could shower, and left the room. I quickly washed off the massage oil, got dressed, and returned to the lobby.
I don't know if it was an illusion, but I felt much lighter overall after the massage, with a sense of total comfort, perfect for going back and getting a good sleep. The front desk asked for feedback, so I rested while drinking the hot tea provided by the shop. I happened to meet the female shop owner, had a nice chat with her, and conveniently negotiated a 200 THB discount for brothers and sisters. Those interested in trying can give it a go.
In summary, this experience shattered my impression that Kasai Massage would be painful; not only was there no pain, but it was extremely comfortable. I don't know if it's related to our frequent outings, but after the massage, it really felt more invigorating. It seems I should occasionally go for maintenance. Next time, I might let my girlfriend try their Yoni Massage and share with everyone then.
